I have one user who receives a 'run-time error'91': Object variable or With block variable not set' error when opening our company's Bentley projects in Project Administrator. He does not receive this error when opening the sample projects, no other user has ever had this issue before. Our window's versions are the same and we have the same permissions to our project database server. We have opened a Bentley help ticket but they say the issue is permissions on our end but everything on our end looks good, so we are at a bit of a stand still. Anyone have a suggestion to try?

Initally Could you verify that adding Everyone group to trigger services permission in DCOMCNFG.
Go to run type in DCOMCNFG.Component service dialog box appears then expand the component service -Computers -My computers .Right click on My computers then Properties.Proceed to select COM Security then Edit in Access permissions.
In Access permissions click on Everyone in Security Limit .then select the Local Access and Remote access in Permission to Everyone and then hit apply and ok.Then try to open the application again.
Thanks for providing the SR no also we would be investigating the same for exact cause to get an alternate workaround if above one doesn't work and revert back to you at the earliest.
