To make the difference between 3 Way Valve and 3 Way ball Valve

Hi Salim,
Please follow below steps to change in graphics between two similar valves.

As the isometric is generated, click on  3 Way Valve.
To view IE _symbol we need to follow below step
Isoextractor -->Showtag Data-->Show Component Tag and Click  on Valve, Show Component Tag  box appears.In it you can view the IE_Symbol. 
Suppose e.g for 3 Way Ball Valve its IE_SYMBOL = 3WABW for 3 Way Valve



Go to respective project data set and then Isometric cell, Open  the above cell 3WABW through Models copy it and paste it with new one  and change the graphics.
 


As we are done with changes in  graphics we need to change for respective new 3 Way Ball Valve in Schemas as well.

In Schemas (Select the 3d schema and supplement Isometric Extractor schema) go to valve -> Multi way Valve->3 Way Ball Valve --> you can view all three way valve list.Go to the 3 Way Ball Valve -> Select that valve and override it by right click on it Proceed to Isometric Component .
In Isometric Component type in the Cell name -3WABWBV with  the cell name and graphics you changed.

 

And then again generate the Isometric with required 3 Way Valve and 3 way ball Valve.

In Schemas i loaded OpenPlant_3D.01.07.ecschema and OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Isometrics_Isoextractor.01.07.ecschema

But THREE_WAY_BALL_VALVE his empty !

How to add what is missing ?

We performed a quick test and we are getting the "Isometric Component" section which allows us to make the necessary modifications for changing the symbol for Three Way Valve.

We think that the OpenPlant_3D.01.07 ecschema has not been Supplemented with OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Isometrics_Isoextractor.01.07.ecschema on your system. Thereby you are not getting the section.

Can you give it one more try and supplement it with OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Isometrics_Isoextractor.01.07.ecschema present in the default location :-

For Metric Project = C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlantModeler V8i\WorkSpace\Projects\OPModeler_Metric\DataSet\Schemas

Do update us with your findings.

iI did the test again and also in the Metric project. and Imperial project
in any cases it's empty!
