You may think of using a post processing method for Isometrics and use hook.ini file to process the initials based on designers Name.

there are some example in readme file where LONG RADIUS Elbow can be written as LR Elbow in BOM using same method.

We will inquire more and let you know.

Ideally I want\need to get to a stage where there is no user input required when creating isometrics. Part of this is the need to have long and short signatures set for each user that will populate to the isometric border.

An example would be S. Forward as the long signature and SAF as the short signature.

A simple, but useful example that I'll expand on once I know the process.

RE: OPM SS6 V8i - Config Variables in Isometrics

Hi,

Thank you for posting a query in Bentley Plant Forum. For a field value to be displayed in OpenPlant Isometrics it is important that it be present in the Isometric Tag. If the property is not present in the Isometric tag data it can be added by modifying the schemas and brought to display in the generated isometric output.

However, we suggest you provide a more detailed query so that we can investigate and suggest something more concrete.
