There is an inconsistent error with OPIM 10070032en where the program rotates dimension text upside down when schema is edited. Sometimes modifying schema there is no issues and sometimes it will cause this error.
NOTE: The upside down dimension text only happens in one direction upper left page to bottom right direction.

This upside down dimension text error happened on another project that a schema was edited. We noticed the dimension text error fixed itself later in the week when we happened to be modifying schema thru class editor.
Schema's edited were "OpenPlant.01.08.ecschema.xml" and supplemented OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Isometrics_"Isoextractor.01.08.ecschema.xml" .
Sometimes there are no errors editing schema, sometimes it might cause an error, sometimes it might fix the error it's all random.

Please have a look into the seed-file of your isometric style and verify View 1 is activated:
Save settings afterwards.
This solved the problem on my end.

I am having the same issue after dwg conversion, in dgn file the dimension is correct but once i convert it to dwg, the dim. text gets reversed.

1.Open Project Administrator.
2. Select your desired project.
3. OpenPlant Isometrics Manager settings and Open Isoseed file.
