What is the accepted method to create drawing views from an OPM model without having the gasket and bolt cells come through?
Thanks,
Hello Sean,
Thanks for posting on Bentley Plant Communities.First make sure you are turning off the "Constructions" from View Attributes, then place a clip volume on your assembly. Right click on clipped volume and select "create drawing".
This worked out well for me.

Strange, if I check element information it says the elements are on the Primary Class.
Thanks for that.
This is strange that in V8i you have this issue of the Bolts & Gaskets being in Primary Class. I don't recall any such issue from V8i.Anyway, you could have this resolved by editing the Bolt and Gasket items in bulk right from the Items Browser. Give it a try, as in the past some Users have worked their way through by doing this.Regards | Soham Mhaskar.
Soham,
The weird thing is that even though Information says they are primary, theu still turn off if you toggle off Construction. Weird.
Thats because the Cell is primary but the ingredients of the cell (lines and circles) are construction element. I know its confusing but it works.
