I have 2 sections in my OPM model with flange, butterfly valve and then flange with the valve and top flange on a different line number. When you check everything, gaskets and bolts say they are on the correct line number.
Problem is that when I run an iso, I get gasket and bolts come through on one flange and nothing on the other.
I then end up with another iso I shouldn't have that just has the gasket and bolts that aren't showing on the other flange.
I've tried some of the suggestions on the forums and have even run the Joint Association to make sure that everything comes out on the other lines, but when I run the iso, they are still there and I still get the extra iso.
Anyone had similar and did you manage to get around the issue?
Thanks,
any chance you have OPM automatically split the ISO sheets?
I do, set to a component limit. I'd rather not be putting in iso breaks everywhere.
it's a glitch with auto iso manager in V8i. So a few option you can do: remodel the connection (not just fasterners, but the components as well) and regen the iso. Or use iso breaks on problematic lines. With all the back and forth, I found iso breaks over all reduce reworking time.
Thanks for the feedback Tuan, might have to be the way we go.
Thank you Guys!
