Bentley Raceway and Cable Management "Outdated dataset detected" error

Question

I'm getting the following error after entering the Connect version of BRCM drawing editor. 
 "Outdated dataset is detected. Dataset has to be updated by user with the administrative privileges to the dataset before this tool can be used.Please refer to the log file for detail. c:\projectwise\working\customersa_g\cherryr\dms69677\DatasetUpdate.log" 
 The dataset does not update after this message goes away. I have Admin privileges on my computer, any thoughts??

Hi Robert,

It seems that there is some issue with your dataset.
You can try to use the Evaluate dataset tool available which will lists the errors if any in the dataset.

I believe the dataset must be updated outside of ProjectWise. I performed this locally when doing this myself.
