As required by our engineers, I have changed the graphic dimension of the circle in the middle of Ball Valves. However, the connection point between Actuator and Valve didn't change along with it. Anybody know where to set the connection point between Valve and Valve Actuator?
Hello Shu ZHANGThanks for posting query to Bentley Plant forum.We believe that you want to have actuator start point from the body of valve or might be from the center of valve. To achieve you need to go to cell folder and modify the Valves.cel.sch.ecinstance.xml file.Search for the same valve and under Actuator field make offset value as desired. Sample image for reference as shown belowOnce modification is done, load OpenPlant PID and check with fresh placement for the result. Once verified, we can perform key-in to redraw cell (ensure that key-in run on backup model file)HTHRegards | Deepak Singh
