We've come across an issue with free placed components in a rotated position.
Our plant is rotate off from north and the designers are placing mitred bends and then running pipe to them. Only issue is we've noticed that there is an error in placement on the rotated components. It's only half a mm, but it adds up.
Further to this, when we zoom in, it actually appears as tough the pick point on the component is in a different location to the graphics:
These should be in the same location.
Place the component in the true north south location in the file and no issue.

Looks like your issue is more of the computational error due to modelling in real world coordinates. The 3D elements are too far away from design cube centre, hence the error.
I'll try that as well. Haven't had a chance to redo the seed files as yet. Come into this at the wrong end.
