Is it possible not to dimension skew in an iso?

For dimension I do no think of - are they creating any overlaps? However there are other setting you can check on rolling Offset Depiction > From Isometric configuration dialog.
Can you add any image for our reference where dimensions are creating problem?

I have discussed it today with QA team and reported the concern.
If something doesn't adds up here then we should log Enhancement to provide an option under Dimensioning area.
So that's a no then, you haven't actually answered the question.
Happy to log an enhancement, but I need and answer for my client.
