Thanks for the meeting, as we observed SSMS not install with Multi-Authentication mode, that why not allowing to login with SQL login and password.

We have followed SSMS installation steps and add Multi-Authentication mode, further need follow below wiki link steps.

Server name mentioned "W10-OPM-U9-DS" is example name for Bentley internal use. You need to provide your server name which you have.

Please try that and update us.
