Hi,
I was trying to place a coupling, CAP and Unions on the project of a pipeline but it showed an error message "No component found with initial selection from specs". I found an aswer to this problem ("No Component Found With Initial Selection From Specs" Appears While Placing Component ), but it uses the Bentley Clas Editor and I haven't found on Bentley's Software page the OpenPlant Project Administrator to download.
Can somebody help me?
Hi CarlaYour issue is more specific to spec records. It looks like for the selected component (coupling) there is no record present in the specification. Ensure that your spec have records for pipe coupling then you should be able to place that component.

On the file of myExample.mdb (C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlant CONNECT Edition\Configuration\WorkSpaces\OpenPlantExample\WorkSets\Metric\Standards\OpenPlant\Specs) there isn't the coupling on SpecClasses. Do you know where I could find? Or download?
