I'm getting several machines that are popping up with error "Fatal Error: Unhandled Delayload "cpprestsdk.dll" Module Not Found Exception at 8F7ECD29h when opening model" upon opening a model, immediately after the Autoplant splash screen. The issue seems to be caused by specific machines, but not all, but not limited to any specific models. One of the affected machines never worked from a brand new fresh install. Other affected machines have been running fine for at least several months, and are now popping up with this error. Some machines continue to work just fine.
Any idea what might have changed to cause this?
All our machines are running Autocad 2020.1.6 with Autoplant Connect Edition 10.02.00.48.
Although there are various windows builds (all Windows 10), we have machines that work and machines that don't on the same build, and on different builds.
"cpprestsdk" appears to be a deprecated module, so I'm not sure that sourcing and installing that is necessarily the right answer here.
Tha same occurs for Autocad running Cadgraph apps.
The solution was reinstall Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010.
I reinstalled 2016 - the latest version was a little different from the one we had, and it did the trick.
Yitzhak, 2016 is much slower than 2010 in accessing mdb/accdb files. That's why I still use MDAC 2010.
