1.How can i turn off the auto-fill annotate function? When i put the valve they will auto show the name of them.2.How can i adjust the name of equipment? because sometime i don't want the plant area of equipment to show when put on the work.
Thank you for posting in our OpenPlant forum, For your question 1, please check this wiki How to Automatically Annotate Nozzle Tag After Placement as a reference on how to access the properties of the component you want to customize. On any annotated component you will see this custom attribute:
you can either change the visibility to false, so it will not show or delete the custom attribute entirely. For your second question, please see this wiki for How to Include Size & Area Property in Pipeline Tag How to Include Size & Area Property in Pipeline Tag
Adding and Removing property in the tag or name should work similarly.
I try the solution From Mr.Joseph but didn't work for me. I can change annotation of valve in works but cannot hide.So I tried this solution https://communities.bentley.com/products/plant/w/plant_design_and_engineering__wiki/17536/how-to-have-valve-annotations-show-up-in-specific-level and set visibility but my Valve Annotation cannot turn on or off.
This may be the result of the NAME property being overridden on child classes of VALVE. You may have to select the different valve classes IE GATE_VALVE and check the NAME property. The NAME property may be overridden and will require the same settings to be applied to the property at the specific class.
I hope this helps,

Finally, it's working now. Thank you so much, Mr. Tony. This is really helpful for me to adjust other equipment.
