Clash detection in OPM - is it standard or requires separate license?

Hi, 
 Working with OPM has many advantages, however considering cost of licenses for users who are forced to work in standalone mode, due to high cost of ProjectWise, we would like to know and be sure that OPM has clash detection built in or... Clash Detection module requires license purchase similarily to Navigator Clash Detection add-on module?

OpenPlant Modeler uses the same clash detection engine as Navigator and yes, is included with the product. No additonal license is required
