I am using AutoPlant Project Packager to pack and create backup of the project. It was working fine for last 3 years.
However now it gives error as "Error in Pack function: File already exists" and terminate the packing.
Does anyone know possible solution to this error?

Could you try to change save the package to a different path to see if it helps. What version of AutoPLANT are you using? Also, could you let us know if you are getting the errors for other projects as well?

I am using APLANT P&ID 08.11.10.182 version.
I also tried using different path but no luck.
This problem is for one project only. I can pack other projects without any issue.

Sorry for a bit delayed response. Yes I have got the file and reviewed it. It looks like the issue is caused because your project is not enabled for OpenPlant Isometrics, but you are using AP SS5 and it is expecting project to have OpenPlant specific files while packing.
Easy way to resolve this would be just opening Project Administrator, expanding the project in question and Enable it for OpenPlant by right click on OpenPlant Isometrics node and selecting "Enable for OpenPlant". This will copy a couple of config files required by OPIM and then it should be packed without an issue in packager:
I will also file a Defect for development to fix this simple mistake in future releases.

Yes, it worked and I could pack project without any issue.
I never thought that I would need to enable AutoPlant project for OpenPlant isometrics.
