OpenPlant Modeler SS5-- Flange with PN100

Hi,

I want to construct a Flange with PN100 for the pipes DN100, DN150 and DN200..

i could not find the PN100 in the specifications !!

could anybody tell me how i can add the PN100 to the Data Base ?

    The PN100 rating is not included to a default ratings list in OPM. So, first of all you would need to include it into the RATING_VALUE_MAP class. Open the OpenPlant_3D schema in the Class Editor application, supplement it with the Supplemental_Modeling schema and search for the RATING_VALUE_MAP class. Add the new rating you need by following the look of how does the already existing ratings are included here:

    Afterwards, you would need to get/create a catalog, which has pipes with PN100 rating you want, so that you could generate your specifications with those components. PN100 rating components are not included in any of the catalogs delivered with the product by default, as far as I know.

    Also, please note that in your project.pcf file, there is a variable called OPM_MATCH_PROPERTY_MAP_RATING where you can define which ratings can be used together for a valid component connection in OPM. Only items with same rating will be connected, or the ones with ratings in the matching groups defined by this variable.
