To diagnose issues with OpenPlant Modelserver check-in and check-out procedures the client and server logs will be needed to find the problems with the check-in or check-out.
Obtain the following files when requested or to include with a service request.
The dmskrnl.log may not have as much data as required to diagnose an issue. If this is the case more information can be added to the log by doing the following:
