User getting below error when launching OpenPlant Isometrics Manager with Managed Workspace and OpenPlant ModelServer.
This error occurs mainly when the server schemas have been updated and after that user tries to login to the OpenPlant Isometrics Manager. It actually fails to login to OpenPlant ModelServer because there is a conflict of server schemas and local schemas in C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Bentley\OPIM\%ProjectName%\Schema.
Delete the OPIM folder from the location C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Bentley\Note: This error should not have occurred therefore defect has been logged for this issue in our backlog.
If there is still some problem and you cannot connect to OpenPlant Isometrics Manager after trying the above suggestion, then please create a Service Request and contact Bentley Product Advantage group along with the list of all relevant details to get in depth analysis and for possible solution or workarounds.
