Unable to open dcl file error may appear when installing AutoPLANT SS6 on a machine which previously had AutoPLANT SS7 installed or registries from some other AutoPLANT version
The entries from the new AutoPLANT version resides even after uninstalling AutoPLANT hence giving error
Install AutoPLANT SS6
