Problem Description
An Error “Unable to load odbcji32.dll” may prompts while opening AutoPLANT in the system. one of the reason could be due to Lync 2013, which might installed on machine along with MS Office 2010 version.
During the course of windows updates, Microsoft office 2013 updates will get added in system, and causes this error.
Note: Some of AutoPLANT version does not support MS-office 2013 so always install Lync 2010 with MS-Office 2010
Steps to Resolve
Case 1: Windows 7 64 bit +Microsoft office 32 bit + Microsoft access database engine 2010 64bit
Repair Microsoft Access database engine Or Uninstall it completely reinstall it by silent mode refer following steps:

- Enter the path to AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe in the command prompt and run as passive. See below one example
- Open REGEDIT and rename “mso.dll” at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Common\FilesPaths"
- Enter the path to AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe in the command prompt and run as passive. See below one example
Case 2: Windows 7 64 bit +Microsoft office 64bit

- Uninstall Lync 2013 and uninstall AutoPLANT, AutoCAD, MS-Office.
- Reinstall MS-office and AutoCAD and AutoPLANT.
