Problem Description

When user tries to open pipeline tag creation, to browse tag from alternate repository for a pipeline, from Element Information dialog nothing happens. However, if pipeline is edited from item browser then it works fine.

Steps to Resolve

Generally, this happens because of the missing regular expression in the tagging schema.

1. Open class editor and load OpenPlant schema from \\WorkspaceRoot\OPPID\Schemas folder.
   
   
2. Supplement OpenPlant_Supplemental_Tagging schema with it.
   
   
3. Go to PIPING_NETWORK_SYSTEM class and locate NAME property.
   
   
   
   
4. In the 'Calculated ECProperty Specification' custom attribute you will find that Parser Regular Expression field is empty.
   
   
   
   
5. Add the parser expression and save the changes in schema.
   
   
   
   
6. Re-open the PID drawing and verify the result. Now Pipeline tag creation dialog opens up from element information.
