    "[Error 319] Cannot Start Application for the Specified Document" on Opening the File from Projectwise

    Problem Description

    Sometimes below error appears while opening a file from ProjectWise Explorer. This happens when you are launching OpenPlant Modeler in managed workspace environment.

    Steps to Resolve

    1. Reason for above error could be that a file within the workspace has gone corrupt. If you see any file in the workspace folders which shows 0KB size, delete that file and replace it with the correct file.

    2. Check the associations of the file which you are trying to open.

    3. Check the projectwise log (Pwc.log) file which is located in C:\Users\%User%\AppData\Local\Bentley\Logs folder which will help you identify the erroneous file.
