In Plant Piping Isometrics, it is certain that pipe should route at various angles and may fall at different coordinates. To present these directional changes in piping systems rolling graphics Box/Triangle shall be used. OpenPlant Isometrics Manager features such capabilities to allow user to display these rolling offset in various ways. Below description will aid user to deliver desired output. This should work in context with both OpenPlant Modeler-OpenPlant Isometric Manager & AutoPLANT Modeler-OpenPlant Isometrics Manager. However below has been illustrated in context with OpenPlant Modeler & OpenPlant Isometrics Manager.
Below is the default Isometric Configuration dialog with Rolling Offset Depiction option.
See Examples below
Example: Line Color – Line Style – Line Weight
User can set line color, style & weight etc as per project requirement.
Example: Spacing – Hatch Spacing can be adjusted which is in MM by default.
Example: Level – User can set different level of his choice here
Example: 2D Skew – 3D Skew Setting Triangle Type gives a Triangle graphics along with pipeline. See below image with settings. In Isometric Configuration for 2D-3D
In Isometrics:
Setting Box Type gives a box graphics along with pipeline. See below image with settings.
In Isometric Configuration for 2D-3D
Example: Skew BranchThis option is only for branches. When enabled, the skew triangle/box only displays when the branch contains the defined minimum number of components.
Example: Line Color-Line Style-Line Weight-Level Name
This will aid user to change box/Triangle symbology.
Example: Angle Annotation & Right Angle Symbol.
In Isometric:
After changing Inclination angle as 30 & Right Angle symbol as 10
In Isometric
Also see below steps to change Right angle Symbol size
For OpenPlant Isometrics Manager Version SS6 (08.11.11.87)
For OpenPlant Isometrics Manager Version SS5 (08.11.09.574)
For SS5 release, there is no option present in Isometric configuration dialog to change the settings. However it can be done by modifying style.xml file. See below steps to check.
