How to show covers on cable trays and cable ladders when the raceway is inserted on the DGN file?
Raceway covers are included in BOQ reports if a cover is selected for the Cover Type UDA on Raceway Properties when routing the raceway with Raceway Router or Raceway Generator.
However, by default the raceway is rendered on the DGN file without a cover. This article describes how to make raceways appear with a cover.
On the Fittings tab, select a fitting in the Selected fittings pane.
In the Select parameter box, choose Cap Style.
In the bottom pane, set the value in the Value column to 1.
Repeat steps 2 - 4 for the remainder of the fittings.
Configure other aspects of the catalog as desired, and click OK to create the catalog.
Using a text editor such as Notepad, open one of these DNA files for a fitting that should display covers.
