To edit Seed file in OpenPlant PID without MicroStation.
If user wants to edit seed file without Microstation to do some changes like Grid Settings, Highlight Color, Deleting Level definitions, Text Styles etc. There are two ways to edit seed file without using Microstation.
One is to Edit pid.cfg file from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\OpenPlantPID (SS6)\OpenPlantPID\config\appl" and change "DISABLE_PLANT_PROJECT_INTEGRATION=0" variable value to 1.
And second is to use “No Project” option while opening Seed file in OpenPlant PID.
