In some instances while trying to generate documents in I&W it has been found that the following message is received:

This message can be received if there is actually a duplicate record in the AT_PRODSV8I.DBF file located in the Project List.  To solve the duplicate records in the DBF file will need to be deleted.

Foxpro Professional or other DBF Editors will have the functionality to open, edit, delete and finally pack the database.

    Steps to take:

    1. Open the .DBF file in question using the editor application.

    2. Select the empty or duplicate values.

    3. Delete these rows.

    4. Tools > Pack.  This will compress the deleted database.

    5. Save and Exit.
