How to Generate Reports based on Size

Background

Depending on different user case scenarios, some users want to extract various report types based on "Size" and wanted to generate BOM separately e.g. reports as Owner/Contractor BOM list. Please refer to the settings below in the report.def file.  This  will aid the user to achieve the desired configuration. The example referenced below has been considered to display to separate BOM, OWNER/CONTRACTOR, where OWNER BOM falls for  size < (Less Than) 8 Inches and CONTRACTOR BOM shows for Size>= 8 inches. Also to maintain the Item ID in both the BOM reports.

Steps to Accomplish

1. Open Report.def file. 
2. Use format as outlined below:. 
   
   
   
3. Save and Close the report.def file and generate Isometrics to verify results. 
   
   
   
4. The user can also create a separate report for Fasteners and show it explicitly on the BOM report type along with different attribute types or based on certain requirements. See image below:
