To Checkin OpenPlant Orthographics Manager's Output Drawings into ProjectWise

Background

User has the option to checkin OpenPlant Orthographics Manager’s output drawings into projectwise repository by following below mentioned steps.

Steps to Accomplish

1. Launch OpenPlant Orthographics Manager and select a project from which you want to copy drawings
   
   
   
   
2. Go to Settings -- > Checkin Drawings
   
   
   
   
3. Checkin Drawings User Interface will pop up  (With all options disabled/grayed out)
   
   
   
   
4. Check “Checkin models to Projectwise” box (ProjectWise Credentials fields will be enabled)
   
   
   
   
5. Select Repository drop down button to select required repository or manually enter Repository details
   
   
   
   
6. Enter all ProjectWise Credentials (Repository, User name, Password)
   
   
   
   
7. Press “Login” button to login to ProjectWise
   
   
   
   
8. Press OK to “ProjectWise login successfully” pop up message
   
   
   
   
9. Select Browse button and give ProjectWise location to check in OpenPlant Orthographics Manager’s Hidden line and Dimension/Annotation output drawings (General Arrangement Drawings)
   
   
   
   
   
   
10. Save the locations (if you want to save location for future use)
    
    
    
    
11. Go to Drawing Generation -- > Generate
    
    
    
    
12. Select a View Arrangement File and press “Generate Drawings”
    
    
    
    
13. Output will be generated
    
    
14. Launch ProjectWise Explorer and Select Datasource -- > Log in
    
    
    
    
15. Enter credentials and press “Login”
    
    
    
    
16. Navigate to projectwise Hidden line and Dimension/ Annotation output folder defined above for OpenPlant Orthographics Manager’s output drawings
    
    
    
    
17. Select both folders one by one to see Hidden line output drawing and Dimension/Annotation output drawing checked in correctly
