In OpenPlant Isometrics Manager, during isometrics generation it displays error as Element ‘VALVE_HAS_VALVE_OPERATING _DEVICE’ is missing required attribute ‘sourceClass’
Problem arise when user place instrument and valve operator on it. Instrument not accepted as source for the ‘VALVE_HAS_VALVE_OPERATING _DEVICE’ relationship.
Below steps will aid user to avoid such errors. Below example and error caused shown here using AutoPLANT Modeler and OpenPlant Isometrics Manager.
Open Bentley Class Editor.
Open "OpenPlant_3D.01.04 schema". See Image below.Note - Path to check - (C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Plant V8i\Bentley Plant V8i Projects\SAMPLE_METRIC\Config\OpenPlant\schemas)
Right click on "OpenPlant_3D.01.04 schema" &S click on supplement Schema option.
Using "Add" button, select Supplemental schema "OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Isometrics_Isoextractor.01.04 schema" and click on "Open". See image below.
Navigate ‘VALVE_HAS_VALVE_OPERATING _DEVICE’ relationship.
Right click on ‘Valve’ and remove source class ‘Valve’.
Add new class 'DEVICE'.
