    Background

By default all AutoPLANT Modeler support components in OPIM are placed in Shop material list.

User requirement is to set required Supports in AutoPLANT Modeler as SHOP or FIELD components and have them placed in generated Isometrics inside Field or Shop matterial list accordingly. Below steps will help to achieve this requirement.

AutoPLANT Modeler - OpenPlant Isometrics Manager

    Steps to resolve

    1. Open OpenPlant_3D.01.07. ecschema using Bentley Class Editor.

      Path: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Plant V8i\Bentley Plant V8i Projects\SAMPLE_METRIC\Config\OpenPlant\schemas

    2. Navigate to Piping Component class, select on Properties section, right click on SHOP_FIELD property & select Custom Attributes>Copy to copy AutoPLANT_PDW_Property_Map custom attribute as shown below.

    3. Navigate to Support class, select on Properties section, right click on SHOP_FIELD property & select Custom Attributes>Paste to paste AutoPLANT_PDW_Property_Map custom attribute as shown below

    4. Save all the settings & verify the result as shown below.
