Problem description:

When opening a model you get the following error.

When clicking on OK the next message appears.

Steps to resolve:

1. Close all Bentley applications.
2. Browse with Windows Explorer to your AutoPLANT file. (Startgas E3.DWG)
3. Copy the file to another location, in example C:\Temp\.
4. Open relationship Manager.
5. Select the file in the document section, right mouse click, choose Rename.
   
   
   
   
6. Rename the file to Startgas E3-ORI.Click on ok and restart Relationship Manager for effect.
7. Now import Startgas E3.dwg from your C:\Temp\ in to the project.
8. Restart Relationship Manager for effect.
9. Select Startgas E3-ORI, right mouse click, choose delete.
   
   

Now open Document Manager or Vision to open Startgas E3
