CONNECTION Client (Error -2760)

Background

Sometimes higher version of Bentley Connection Client is installed in the machine which does not let all the prerequisites to be installed in the machine.

Consequently, the user cannot install AutoPLANT Modeler on the machine and gets the below mentioned error.

Steps to Resolve

1. Browse to Control Panel and open Programs and Features.
   
   
   
2. Navigate to Connection Client and click on Uninstall to remove the Connection Client from the machine.
   
   
   
   
3. Run AutoPLANT PreRequisites to install all the components.
   
   
   
4. All the PreRequisites will be installed properly.
   
   
   
5. Now while installing AutoPLANT Modeler the above error will not occur and we will be able to install AutoPLANT.
   
   

Still a Problem
