How to Synchronize only Required OpenPlant PID Model Components to Database

Overview

By default in OpenPlant PID synchronization procedure is set to synchronize all components in OpenPlant PID Model, but If user would like to synchronize only some part of components or maybe specific group of them, then they can change the synchronization status and Reject them. In below Wiki article and Video you can find steps of how to do it.

Steps to accomplish

1. Make sure that in your synchronization Settings a Use Differencing Dialog is enabled
   
   
   
2. Select Synchronize option
   
   
   
3. In opened Dialog mark unrequired for synchronization components and select to Reject them from synchronization.
   
   
   Or you can Reject all and then Accept only required components. This selection can be done using Shift key, what will help to avoid one by one selection for each component.
   
   
4. After selection is done you can continued by selecting Update button and Database will be update only with by you Accepted Components.
