How do I correct this error loading piping: "Enter name of customization file to load:"?

The problem can be corrected by changing the config.ini file for the project in question.  The config.ini file can be found here for each project:

    ..\%PROJECT_ROOT%\%PROJECT_NAME%\Config\Config.ini

The path to the menu files that are loaded with Piping are found in this file. Search in this file for the menu path and make sure it is correct. once done save and close the file.

This can also be done using Project Administrator under the Piping, Equipment, and/or Iso Sections for your project depending on the application that experiences the problem.
