    How to add Decimal value angle for Axial Nozzle

    Overview

    How to put the decimal value in angle while placing Axial Nozzle.

    Background

    When user is trying to put Axial Nozzle as shown in below Image he got Invalid Entry message, and user then not able to place Axial Nozzle when angle mentioned in Decimal.

    Steps to Accomplish

    Please find below given steps to change in NZEQAX.ebs file to get the decimal value in Axial Nozzle angle placement.

    Note: Before making any changes please make sure to have a copy of given file.

    1. Open NZEQAX file from below given location.
      “C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Plant V8i\Equip\methods\draw”

      Note: Above location is for default setup and may vary as per user setup.



    2. Open given drawing file with EBS Editor or in note pad. Go to below line
      Call at_Dlg_setTBctrl ("ANGLE","I",CStr(cdat(7)),"-360","360",1,"",at_Msg("Enter the Nozzle angular location","EQP",0))


      Replace the above line with below line,

      Call at_Dlg_setTBctrl ("ANGLE","R",CStr(cdat(7)),"-360","360",1,"",at_Msg("Enter the Nozzle angular location","EQP",0))




    3. Save the file at above location.
    4. Reopen AutoPLANT Modeler and place the Nozzle with angle in decimal value.
