Bentley OpenPlant Modeler V8i is the first 3D plant modeling software to natively use an ISO 15926 core data model as specified by the iRING user community. Like all of the new OpenPlant products, OpenPlant Modeler V8i incorporates the ongoing and ever-advancing capabilities of MicroStation® V8i, the market-leading platform for plant creation and every infrastructure discipline. Uniquely, OpenPlant Modeler V8i natively supports workflows combining all pertinent plant software standards, including, in addition to DGN, RealDWG, point clouds, and PDF.
With that being said how does one go about using OpenPlant Modeler from a new User perspective? Compiled here is a list of available training classes that will give Users a good foundation in the backbone of OpenPlant Modeler, and allow him/her to use all of the design tools delivered in the suite. All of these classes are available on the Bentley Learn Server right now.
