To Fix Error When Isometric Manager failed to Load i-Models Due To Incorrect Regional Settings.

Problem Description

Sometimes users come across below error which says out of 1 i-models, 1 model failed to load or were skipped while generating Isometric in-session and out-session. Also check the log file which shows the same error.



Reason

This is due to the regional settings are not set to English as default. We can use below steps to resolve this issue by changing the regional settings to English. The Error can be fixed by doing simple steps by the language preference in our Operating System Settings.

Steps to Resolve

  1. In our Windows ,Go To Start menu in windows and go to settings.

  2. In Settings window, select the option Time and Language and then select “Region”.
