For discussing various issues, a User needs to connect with the Technical Support Team for Plant Products. One of the mediums for holding a Live Meeting is via TeamViewer. Hence it is important for user to know how to connect via TeamViewer.
1. A Prerequisite is to have TeamViewer application installed.
2. User must send below Highlighted ID and Password from one’s TeamViewer to the Technical Support Analyst.

3. Once joined by the Analyst, User may see at the bottom right corner that the Analyst has joined. Thereby handing over the control or demonstrating User concern.
4. Below is the view of the Analyst’s screen using TeamViewer thereafter.
This way, Microsoft Teams is the simplest and quickest medium for connecting with the Bentley Plant Technical Support Team for a Live Meeting.
[Note: A Meeting has to be scheduled as compulsory since User cannot directly connect with Technical Support Team Member & vice versa due to limitations being from different Organization]
