    Ribbon: Drawing ViewNamed Boundaries
Ribbon: Modeling > View > Named Boundaries
Ribbon: Visualization View > Named Boundaries
  4. Two dialog boxes get launched first - Named Boundaries-Faded one with Edit option-A  and Second Place Named Boundary--B

In Placed Named Boundary-Select By 2 points -C  option to select the desired area  in working for which sheet need to created.
And then fill the details as shown above in Name, description,Group, etc.-D
    Lastly select Create Drawing -E

By 2point procedure select one point start -A and end point -B covering the area need into sheet.
After comleting 2point method the selected area would be in green color as shown below.

  6. As we complete the process of selecting the desired area through 2 point the details filled in Placed boundary would be reflected in Named Boundaries dialog box.

  7. After finishing the process of 2 point procedure and creation of green color rectangle or square on needed click just once in other dgn area such that Create drawing dialog would be launched.

In Create Drawing give the name to drawing, And as per requirement select Create Drawing & Create Sheet Model then Add to Sheet Index.
After selecting required details i.e Scale, Sheets , Seed Model  as shown above hit on OK.

  8. Hitting on OK create two Models-Sheet -A & Drawing Model-B And default being Design Model: consists of design geometry; can be 2D or 3D; typically has a black background.

  9. Below is Drawing Model..

  10. Second Model have the grey background which is sheet and mostly used for Annotation.

Thus we could sheet and drawing of desired area from working area through Named Boundary easily.
