    Background

OpenPlant Modeler allow user to apply a SPEC_GROUP_FILTER attribute which group specifications according to the Service selected.  This allows user to limit the number of specs to choose from in the Specification list when defining a pipeline using a service.

    Steps to Accomplish

    1. Launch Bentley Class Editor.
    2. Open OpenPlant_3D.01.08. ecschema of respective workset as shown below

    3. Supplement with OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Modeling.01.08.ecschema and OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_ModelingViews.01.08.ecschema.

    4. Navigate the "Associated Item List for Piping Network System" class and select SERVICE property as shown below

    5. Add "SPEC_GROUP_FILTER" custom attribute to the SERVICE property.
    6. Ensure to change schema location to Openlant_3D_Supplemental_Modeling.01.08 as shown below

    7. Click OK on warning message, as there is no property defined on SPEC_GROUP_FILTER class.

    8. Save all the change & close the schema.
    9. Navigate to Settings folder which is present under workset folder.

    10. Create a new text file with name as SERVICE.txt & defined Specification for service as shown below

    11. Save & close file.
    12. Launch OpenPlant Modeler. Create new Pipeline and verify results as shown below
