Overview

While working with AutoPLANT Modeler/OpenPlant Modeler and OpenPlant Isometrics Manager CONNECT Edition sometimes user may face below error message when tried to generate the isometric drawing.

Background

Case-1

 This error message generally appears while generating the isometric drawing and this issue caused  when the  information of  particular components is missing in file. If  PCF Output format is enabled in isometric configuration settings  then while generating the isometric it throws below error message as indicate the missing information of that component in PCF file.

Steps to Accomplish

Case-1

1.Compare the working isometric style with default isometric style and checked the information defined for the components in PCF file.

2.Noticed that information for annotation was missing in the  PCF.ini  file of working isometric style. Add this information in the PCF file.

After adding this information user will be able to generate the isometric drawing without getting any error message.

Case-2

1.Compare the working isometric style with default isometric style and checked the information defined for the components in PCF file.

2. Open the PCF.ini file as shown

3. As per error, add the End prep showing in error

4. For REFERENCE error, add the information given below as shown

; annotations

; For annotations the EC CLASS is used fro mapping

; For annotation added by OPIM a pseudo class is used

  REFERENCE              = END-CONNECTION                   # reference label to other sheet/equipment

5. Now, Save the changes & recreate the isometric.

After adding this information user will be able to generate the isometric drawing without getting any error message.
