Overview

How to change the isometric symbol of Single & Double Trunnion Support for isometric drawing in OpenPlant Isometric Manager CONNECT Edition. This has been shown with the context with AutoPLANT Modeler and OpenPlant Isometric Manager

Background

When generate the isometric, Single and Double Trunnion Support shows as Pipe. Project may have requirement to show symbol of Adjustable support for Single and Double Trunnion Support.

Refer below image, supports shows as Pipe for Single and Double Trunnion Support.

Steps to Accomplish

1.Open the Bentley Class Editor V8i

2.From the Project location open schema 'OpenPlant3D'
Eg. C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Plant V8i\Bentley Plant V8i Projects\SAMPLE_METRIC\Config\OpenPlant\schemas

3.Find the Adjustable Support

4.Add the Classes of Single & Double Trunnion support in AutoPLANT_PDW_CLASS_Map  and save the changes.

For Single Trunnion: Class- AT_SUPPORT_TRUNNION, Module- BASE

For Double Trunnion: Class- AT_SUPPORT_SGLTRUNNION, Module- BASE

5. After following the above steps Single and Double Trunnion Support will start showing the symbol of Adjustable support in Isometric drawing.
