Background

In OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition, requirement is to hide the specific component. This wiki article explains how to do the same. 

Steps to Accomplish

1. Launch OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on View attributes & Turn on the Display set as shown
   
   
   
   
3. Now select the specific component to hide, enter the mentioned keyin &  hit enter as shown
   
   Key-in: displayset add selection;displayset remove selection
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Notice that, the component is now hidden
   
   
   
   
5. To unhide the same component, right click on the empty area in design file & click on Displayset clear as shown
   
   
   
   
6. One can see the hidden component back again as shown
