While working with AutoPLANT Modeler using SQL database sometimes user not able to add new data like creating new line number or service, if they place a pipe and save the file and then come back into the file, the pipe has no intelligence to it. User can create new piping drawing but not able to save the drawing. This wiki article explains the steps to resolve this issue.
One of the possible reason behind this error can be incorrect path of Temporary external reference file location. On the user machine noticed that the file path was pointed incorrectly
Open the AutoPLANT Session and change the Temporary external reference file location to correct user path as shown in below snapshot.
This issue is resolved after pointing the file path to correct user name
