Background

When  Isometric is extracted in dwg format from OPIM CE, the dimension text is not editable or is in polyline format. This wiki article, will help to modify/edit or convert polyline into text edit format of dwg. 

Steps To Accomplish

1. Navigate to the project path and open the required style's "config" folder in which all style's configuration files are stored. By default this folder can be found at these locations:
   
   C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlant CONNECT Edition\Configuration\WorkSpaces\OpenPlantExample\WorkSets\Metric\Standards\OpenPlant\Isometrics\styles\IFC\config
   
   
2. Open style.cfg file and add the following entry at the end of the file. Save
   
   IE_2D_FLATTEXT=1
   
   
   
   
   
3. Again extract the dwg with the same edited style file and verify the result.
