In AutoPLANT Modeler CE, user may face below error message when trying to open the drawing file from the Document Manager. This wiki article explains the steps on how to resolve this issue.
This error message generally happens when the user copies the drawing files from another project and pastes them into the drawing file location which is the not correct method. Sometimes this can happen due to a corrupted drawing file.
1.Take the backup of the drawing and store it in another location.
2.Delete the drawing file with the help of the Relationship manager.
3.Import the same drawing file with the help of the Relationship Manager.
