Background
In OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition, If there are multiple components are in locked state and unlocking each component one by one will take more time. This wiki article will help to unlock multiple components at a time.
Steps to Accomplish
- Launch OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition.
- Some of the components are already in locked State. In the Piping Ribbon tab, Expand the Element Selection Ribbon and Click on Select By Attributes.
- The Select By Attributes dialog box will appear and Click on Properties...
- The Select By Properties dialog box will appear. Select Locked state and Click on the Execute button available on Select By Attributes dialog box
- Clicking on Execute will highlighted all the Locked components available in the drawing in pink color .
- Right Click on the drawing interface and Select Properties.
- All the components are selected and Change State From Locked to Unlocked.
- Close Select By Attributes and Select By Properties dialog boxes. This will pop up the Alert dialog box and Click on Ok.
- Now all the Locked components are Unlocked. Verify the result by check the properties of any component in drawing.
