Problem Description          

There are multiple ways to place the Revision cloud in OPM, Sometimes may happen that the revision cloud is not placed via Tool Bar, so another way is to use Key-in to place the Revision cloud. 

Steps to Resolve

1. Load key-in window.
   
   
2. And Run following commands to place Revision cloud.
   PLACE REVCLOUD POINTS
   PLACE REVCLOUD ELEMENT
