Problem Statement

It has been observed that, while launching OpenPlant Isometrics Manager from desktop with required workspace & workset, following error is popped up as shown

This wiki article explains how to resolve this issue.

Steps to Resolve

1. Go to the below-mentioned path
   
   C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlant CONNECT Edition\Configuration\Workspaces\<workspace name>\WorkSets\<workset name>\Standards\OpenPlant
   
   
2. You will notice that from workset level, isometric folder was missing (not available). see attached image below
   
   
   
   

3. The Isometrics folder contains all the required setup of Styles and we need to have that folder.

4. To solve the issue, copy the Isometrics folder and paste it at workset location as shown
   
   

5. Once done, launch the application & verify the results. This time the error message will not pop up.
